What:
Each flowerpot donation is $20.00. Deadline is midnight on November 27th. Judging will take place on November 28th. & 29th. We have implemented a “Theme” this year. “GINGERBREAD/CANDYLAND” Please decorate your flowerpot according to our “Theme”. Judges will be looking for most creative pots and will award the top four places.
Where:
Downtown Tipton, available flowerpots will be numbered. This year we will be assigning flowerpots. Numbers are located on the inside of the pot facing the street. You will be given a sticker with a T on it to place on your flowerpot Meaning “Taken”
When:
Applications will be accepted starting October 30th. Ending November 10TH. You may decorate starting November 11th. thru November 27th. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DÉCOR IS CONTAINED TO THE POT AND SECURED. All decorations must be removed between January 6th & 7th 2024. Please note if removed by Main Street Assoc. all items will be discarded or donated accordingly. Please attach an index card stating the NAME OF YOUR CREATION, MATERIALS USED, BOUGHT OR HAND MADE. WEATHERPROOF INDEX CARD AND PLACE ON YOUR CREATION.
Who:
Any group, organization, business, individual or family that would like to take part in making our town merry and bright for the holidays. Sponsor as many pots as you like, proceeds benefit Tipton Main Street Association.
Other Important Rules:
LET OUR LGHT SHINE DURING THIS SPECIAL SEASON, WITH DÉCOR THAT REFLECTS CHRISTMAS. NO PROFANITY OR POLITICAL JARGON.
(Tipton Main Street Assn. has the right to pull anything deemed offensive).
