FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Each member present shall be entitled to one vote in any proceeding for which voting by members is required.

A MEMBER shall be defined as any person or entity that is interested in supporting the PURPOSES of Tipton Main Street Association, Inc.
